Facilitators will present two critical thinking general education assessment projects (from chemistry and psychology) and explain how the college’s revised critical thinking assessment rubric was associated with each project. Participants will act in the role of students to participate in a critical thinking assessment assignment, and learn how to implement the revised critical thinking rubric into a new or existing course assignment. This knowledge will facilitate departmental assessments of general education compliance within their programs.
