In this one hour session, you are invited to be guided by certified Yoga and meditation teacher, Prof. Amanda Hayden, through a traditional Yogic Deep Relaxation (Nidra). This session utilizes sound meditation, guided breathwork, full body relaxation, pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) and mindful observation of breath, body and mind.
Unlike previous relaxation sessions where this deep Nidra has typically only occupied 15-20 minutes of the session, with our current circumstances, we will be going all in, using the whole of the hour to fully surrender into deep relaxation in order to maximize the benefits for stress reduction.
