This workshop is for anyone at any level interested in learning to attend more to their emotional well-being and generally 'feel' better. Our modern world is full of distractions that take our attention away from our true feelings. EFT is a stress management technique that helps us tune out and turn in to our self. EFT is a quick and easy way to mitigate stress, and by nipping it in the bud, it works to prevent more extreme states of anxiety and depression.
