When it comes to diversity and inclusion, self-awareness is the bridge that spans the gap between disregard and discovery. We begin this journey by exploring our own attitudes, beliefs, and values and how they shape our perceptions of ourselves and others. Then we take a closer look at unconscious bias; the automatic decisions and judgments we make about others based on differences in our background, experiences, societal stereotypes or cultural context.
