This learning session is designed to bring college chairs together to engage in healthy dialog and practice the skills learned in Part I of the "Search Committee Academy" program. Learners will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to situations they may encounter in the search committee process through scenario-based exercises and sharing & receiving real-time feedback.
