Guest presenter, Belinda Preston-Cash, of Premier Health offers a common sense definition of burnout including the characteristics and stages, as well as prevention techniques and interventions to turn it around, while learning to invest in self-care.
Alcohol and other Drug (AoD) Education and Psychotherapy Counseling Passion, began for BELINDA M. PRESTON-CASH in 1992 at Sinclair Community College (AAS in Mental Health) followed by a (BS in Psychology) at Central State University 1999.
She has provided compassionate counseling, goal directed psychotherapy and workplace EAP services for over total 33 years to many clients with great success. She has also provided (CISD) Critical Incident Debriefings for many contracted agencies.
Belinda has a Master's degree (MS) in Education and Allied Profession/Community Counseling from University of Dayton 2008 and a MA in Leadership and Management from Antioch McGregor 2003. Belinda is a Licensed Independent Drug Counselor Ohio, (LICDC license #001350), International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Drug Free Safety Workplace Trainer. She is a Mentor and Advocate for Grandparents Against Violence (Tears for Tay FOUNDATION). Married 30 years to a Great Husband, 4 adult wonder children, the Proud Grandmother of 18 and Great Grandmother of 3.
