The Human Resources office is committed to helping employees understand the rich benefit plans available, and the best ways to take advantage of them. 

Through Sinclair’s partnership with McGohan Brabender, the HR office offers this opportunity to learn more. This Zoom session will cover the following:

  • Secondary Spouse Coverage: Why, and what does it mean to me as the employee?
    During this presentation (first 10-15 minutes of the session), you will learn what “secondary” means and how this may affect your family’s coverage in 2023.
  • Health Savings Accounts: What are they? How do they work?
    During this presentation, you will learn more about health savings accounts.  The advantages of, and the differences between, flexible spending vs HSA.  We will cover frequently asked questions by employees who are either considering an HSA or using one.
