Certified Yoga Instructor Meghan Morris will teach participants how to “read” their bodies and will demonstrate basic moves to promote self care.  Meghan is the Assistant Director and Academic Advisor for the University Honors Program at the University of Cincinnati.

Certified Fitness Trainer, fitness nutrition coach and small business owner Amy Walsh will discuss how exercise and nutrition can improve well being and reduce stress.  She will also talk about what you can do when you sit in front of a computer all day while at work to improve strength and posture.
