Marlon Bockarie-Konteh is a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the University of Minnesota. The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship program brings young and mid-level professional from around the world to the United States for a year of non-degree graduate-level study and leadership development. The Hubert Humphrey Community College Residency Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, provides an opportunity for participating Humphrey Fellows to learn about the unique role of community colleges in the American higher education system. Mr. Bockarie-Konteh will speak about his work in Sierra Leone as the Director of Research, Planning and Knowledge Management at the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
