CCP Faculty Track

Track of professional development sessions for Sinclair's College Credit Plus (CCP) faculty members.

We are pleased to provide all CCP Instructors a professional development track of live sessions & on-demand webinars, offered through Sinclair’s Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE) & the Ohio College Teaching Consortium (OCTC). Complete one session in each category: Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, Teaching Strategies and Self-Care to finish the track.

When accessing the SOCHE webinars, you will need to first create an account to access the Go2Knowledge trainings.

  • Enter your first name, last name, Sinclair email address, and password
  • Click on the I agree to the Terms & Conditions checkbox.
  • Click Register.
  • Now you can log in and access each SOCHE-sponsored webinar.

This introduction to "eLearn", Sinclair's learning management system, powered by D2L, will provide users with an overview of the key components required to successfully teach and manage a course. The workshop will highlight terminology, the new user interface, general navigation, basic tools, communication as well as demonstrate the management of modules and topics, calendar events, communication, dropboxes, discussions, quizzes, and grades.  Learn the skills you need to teach, manage, and assess your students with eLearn.
